12 years of clinical experience

Helping people heal has been my calling for as long as I can remember.

As a young athlete playing competitive hockey and soccer, my first experience with physiotherapy changed the course of my life. I remember walking into the clinic as a patient and leaving inspired by the difference compassionate, knowledgeable care could make. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to become a physiotherapist.

Today, after more than 12 years of practice, I still feel incredibly grateful to walk alongside people during some of life's biggest transitions. Whether you're preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, supporting your child's development, or navigating a complex chronic condition, my goal is always the same: to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout your journey.

I believe healing is about more than treating a muscle, joint, or injury. Every part of the body is connected, and lasting recovery happens when we consider the whole person—how they move, how they feel, and how their nervous system responds. That's why I've created a clinic where evidence-based physiotherapy is paired with a calm, welcoming environment that gives you the space to truly exhale.

Outside the clinic, you'll usually find me with my husband and our two energetic boys, exploring the mountains, swimming in glacier-fed lakes, or sharing good food with family and friends. Spending time outdoors continually reminds me of the restorative power of nature—something that inspired the vision for this clinic from the very beginning.

If you leave each appointment feeling a little more at peace, a little more confident, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived, then I've done my job.

Healing looks different for everyone.

Whether you spend a few quiet moments by the pond, watch your children explore the property, or simply enjoy an unrushed conversation during your appointment, our hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter than when you arrived.

Nature That Invites You to Exhale

Healing isn't confined to four walls. Arrive early, stay late, wander the expansive trails, explore with your children, sit beside the ponds, or simply enjoy a quiet moment.
